My First Post On This Blog! / Kimiko

So I made this blog forever ago but when I made it I had already been working on a drawing and since I want to show you guys my progress on my art I didn't want to show you a drawing that was near complete already. But I will show you the drawing once it's finished.

ON TO THE NEXT SUBJECT!!

So I'm gonna show you a character design that I made for the drawing I'm working on now:

I messed up the "angry face". Her ears are awkward lol.

I drew this in pen, (I was too lazy to look for my pencil) so it could definitely be better but I thought it turned out all right. It's just the character design so eh.

The style of this drawing is anime. There have been controversies about the whole anime versus general animation thing, like they are the same or they are completely different, but I'm just gonna go with anime as in Japanese animation/manga style:

The girl is a Neko. Neko means cat in Japanese so that just means that she is part human and part cat. I personally LOVE Nekos to death and this is gonna be my first time drawing one with as much detail as I'm planning on putting into it. Hopefully it comes out well ^~^
